“I’m a young entrepreneur who is very passionate about finding ways to benefit the overlooked parts of community while using the platforms that my city has graciously supported. I am a professional journalist, vocalist, (Odd Atrocity & Isle of Dread), graphic designer, a mother and most notably “Atrocity Prevention”, a harm reduction advocacy which provides resources, support, and free access to life saving tools like NARCAN and substance testing strips. To me, being in a band meant a platform that should be used for more than just ourselves, it meant we could get people to show up and funnel awareness and funds towards causes that are close to all of our hearts, and so out of activism many collective events were born. Such as: The Violet Gathering, Rainbow Fest, and many more.”
