PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR HOSPITALITY: In this position, you will report to Rayna Tabarez. Responsibilities include checking in with Talent & Vendors and making sure they are taken care of and have everything they need, talking with audience members to make sure everyone is having a good time and engaged in our activities, replenishing refreshments and food, and any other tasks that can aid in the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO LOGISTICS In this position you will report to Jade Murphy. In this role you will assist in the running of all facets of the event. This role required an eye for detail; making sure everything is where its supposed to be, nothing is falling apart or breaking, all electronics are running smoothly, and we generally stay organized from start to end.
DECORATIONS ASSISTANT: In this role, you will help the OCE team decorate for the event the day before or day of.
Clean-Up Crew: This role is an after-event position that helps the OCE team pack up from the event. Requires volunteers to be able to lift up to 50lbs.
GENERAL RUNNER: This position is arguably the most crucial volunteer position. As a general runner, you will continuously check in with all Team Leads and see if they need anything fetched, found, placed, etc. You will act as an extension of us
