What This Means

OCE will take immediate action if any individual—whether a performer, vendor, or guest—engages in behavior that goes against our values of respect, inclusivity, and professionalism. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Physical or verbal threats
• Sexual misconduct or inappropriate behavior
• Violence or endangerment of others
• Any action that disrupts the safety or enjoyment of our events

Consideration of Past Conduct

OCE reserves the right to consider past actions, even if they occurred outside of our events, when making decisions about participation in our programming. If an individual’s previous behavior contradicts our mission and values, we may choose to deny bookings, remove them from events, or disassociate entirely.

Enforcement & Action

OCE leadership has full discretion to remove, ban, or terminate agreements with any individual or entity who violates this policy. No formal proof is required, and decisions will be made in alignment with our commitment to creating a safe and inclusive space.
